The easy answer is NO.

Because all our customers are responsible for our traveling, accommodation and meals, we do not charge traveling time to and from or between sites.

However, our service level agreements does make provision for delays due to adverse weather conditions. For instance, if an engineer is stuck on a platform as a result of fog or if deteriorated weather conditions prevent him from completing an assignment within the agreed time frame, there is a pre-agreed charge involved.
